We invest in properties in growth areas that are under utilized. We then correct, fix, or improve the property in order to add value.

Multiple exits at 25%+ year over year returns.

Current project 3x property value in only 18 months.

We have 2x now set the “per square foot” record for dirt sales in Seattle for L2 zoning.
