Keynote Photonics Releases FlexLight™ X1 DLP

(PRWEB) May 03, 2011

Today, Keynote Photonics, a developer of DLP solutions, announces the release of it’s new DLP Controller, the FlexLight X1, targeted for a wide range of photonics applications. Developers can use the system appropriate out of the box, accelerating their development, thanks to the X1’s built-in intelligent bit-raster generator and embedded manage processor.

The program offers a new cost/overall performance point for DLP-based emerging application solutions. The FlexLight X1 can be purchased direct for as low as $ 8997 (USD). A particular UV alternative is also obtainable.

“The FlexLight X1 received a great deal of interest at SPIE Photonics West 2011 in January and we are pleased to announce it is now released for sale.” stated Adam Kunzman, Keynote Photonics President. “The unparalleled flexibility of the X1 system delivers video and non-video sequence modes, supports lamp or LED illumination and supplies a straight-forward interface approach, which will shorten development time and move styles swiftly to production.”

Keynote has combined a effective set of custom firmware capabilities into each and every DLP chipset and manages the data, bit-raster generator and method control by means of a custom FPGA. The FlexLight X1 supports either a DLP .95” HD or .96” WUXGA DLP devices. Users can also stream individual DLP bit-plane data slices or video making use of dual HDMI
